As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the USA, you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, while working closely with the Account Executives. We don't just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market , leveraging AI tools, agents, or automated workflows to move faster and at greater scale.
- Engaging in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.
- Implementing personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion, using AI agents to handle enrichment, sequencing, and signal monitoring so your focus stays on the highest-value interactions.
- Collaborating closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
- Continuously refining and adjusting outreach strategies , including the AI workflows powering them , based on the feedback loop.
- Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborating with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.
