Social Media Specialist - Surf & Skate

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Surf & Skate Network Team in Salzburg, Austria. As a Social Media Specialist, you'll lead social media strategy, develop content, and work with international teams to grow engaged communities across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Red Bull Surf and Skate social media strategy across all relevant platforms
• Develop efficient workflows for social concept creation, production, and release
• Monitor and evaluate content performance using Red Bull's analytical tools
• Work closely with international teams to program always-on content
• Collaborate with internal video editors and production management to create impactful social content

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a social media role, ideally within a major brand or culture-driven environment
• Strong passion for surf and/or skate culture
• Proven ability to develop creative social-first ideas and manage content workflows
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Experience with tools such as MS Office and Airtable; video editing skills are a plus
