We're looking for a Development Manager to join the FC Live Platform Operations team as a maternity-leave backfill. Reporting to a Development Director, you will be responsible for sprint planning, project management, project reporting, and risk management for a team of Automation Engineers within Platform Operations.
Key responsibilities include working with the FC Launch Director to prepare for and facilitate the launch of the next FC title, solving problems, balancing priorities, and finding creative solutions to achieve results, supporting the team in executing against milestones and key deliverables, and keeping the team and partners' teams informed on development results, schedule, and changes.
You will also identify and drive effective, measurable process improvements to support the team's delivery and execution.
This is a 12-month contract position, with the team working onsite in Vancouver 3 days/week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
