The Role

We are seeking a Business Developer Executive OOH - CDI in Paris to join our sales team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing sales and brand presence through active field prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and retain new OOH clients in the assigned sector
• Develop existing portfolio: volume, assortment, and visibility (PLV, logo on menu, etc.)
• Accompany clients in optimizing their offer (recommendation of drinks and highlighting)
• Facilitate commercial discussions between clients and distributors to ensure the implementation of our products
• Report activity on our CRM to effectively manage customer portfolios
• Assist the team during events and other projects (trade shows, partner events, etc.)

Your Profile

If you have the following qualities, we would be delighted to receive your application:

• At least one year of experience in field prospecting in the CHR sector
• A commercial mindset with natural relationship-building skills, proactive, autonomous, humble, energetic, and resilient
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to generate innovative ideas when faced with client rejection
• Comfortable taking unconventional approaches to capture the attention of stakeholders in a playful manner, like Oatly
