We are hiring a Staff Product Designer to push the boundaries of product craft. As one of the most design-driven and AI-first technology companies, we are shaping the future of how businesses communicate with their customers through AI and humans. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept to execution. You will define new interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin, our automation, and AI-powered tools. You will sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different fidelities to validate decisions. You will work closely with engineers and PMs to define problems, move quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Our ideal candidate has shipped complex, high-quality software products. They design for multiple surfaces, including desktop, mobile, chat interfaces, and AI-first experiences. They balance speed and detail, knowing when to move fast and when to obsess over the last 1%. They think end-to-end, from big-picture systems thinking to the smallest interaction detail. They understand engineering and can build prototypes to communicate ideas. They have taste and know what great design looks and feels like, and they push to get there.
