Description
We are seeking a Service Marketing and Project Coordinator to join our team in Szentendre, Hungary. As a Service Marketing and Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving innovation through process improvements, leveraging project management and AI tools to optimize operations across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dealer charge calculations and financial expense management
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and controls, collaborating closely with a dedicated PRE team
- Act as point of contact and coordinator within FCSD-UK for all Ford Essential Pricing management
- Monitor and analyse recommended retail prices on Ford older vehicle servicing and repairs
- Collaborate with FCSD-E Revenue/Finance Teams and Business Unit Leads
- Maintain a strong working relationship with NSC Service Field Team, key agencies, and suppliers
- Proactively address complex customer needs and advocate for customer-centric improvements
- Manage and process all Battery Recycling data via Government Scheme sponsor
- Communicate campaigns to the Ford Service Field Team and Ford Dealer Network
- Lead and execute parts pricing claim handling process
- Develop and implement controlling methods and schedules
- Provide essential support to internal control coordinators ensuring strong financial governance
Qualifications:
- University/College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive working experience in expense analysis, financial analysis, or controlling role
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in other EU languages is a plus
- Deep knowledge in Microsoft 365 is a must; preferred experience with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies; demonstrated ability to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or concepts for process re-engineering and data analysis
