The Experience Designer(UI/UX) will be responsible for designing meaningful and high-quality user experiences for an unannounced project. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and create user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user experience strategies based on product vision and goals
- Collaborate with game designers and stakeholders to define user needs and problems
- Analyze user data, feedback, and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design user journeys, UX flows, and information architecture
- Create interactive and visual designs that align with brand and product direction
- Develop prototypes and test them with users
- Work with art directors and partners to ensure consistent look and feel
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or related field
- Expertise in UX design or visual design, with understanding of experience design principles
- Experience designing for games or digital products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate design decisions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with prototyping and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with live services or sports games
- User research and usability testing experience
- Motion design or UI animation experience
- Experience with game development engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Design system building and management experience
