Description
Airtable is seeking a Business Development Representative to play a key role in accelerating its growth by generating qualified pipeline opportunities and expanding its footprint beyond the 100,000+ organisations already using its platform.
The successful candidate will work closely with Strategic Account Executives in the UK and cross-functional partners in the EMEA HQ in London. This is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and strategic outreach across Northern Europe.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritisation, and personalised outreach strategies.
- Research target accounts and personas to identify high-impact opportunities and create tailored messaging.
- Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, events, webinars, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Clearly articulate Airtable's value proposition and how its platform solves complex operational challenges.
- Run discovery and qualification conversations to identify customer pain points and assess fit.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
- Experiment with and optimise outbound strategies to drive pipeline growth.
- Build deep product knowledge and develop world-class sales skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker.
- At least 1 year of sales or related experience.
- Experience with AI in work and personal life, with a keen interest in developing as an AI Fluent seller.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a track record of delivering results.
- Highly organised and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
- Strong communicator and storyteller who can engage a wide range of audiences.
- Actively seek feedback and use it to grow.
- Experience creating outbound messaging, measuring performance, and iterating based on results.
