System Administrator in Facility Management

We are seeking a System Administrator in Facility Management to ensure the reliable, secure, and future-oriented operation of our global access and visitor management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st-level support and operational care for GPAC (Global Physical Access System) and connected applications
• Analyse, process, and follow up on disruptions, errors, requests, and tickets in GPAC-related systems
• Administer and further develop NEXIS 4, AEOS, AEmon, and role, user, and authorization structures
• Support access and visitor management processes, including visitor tool, card printing, form printing, and access support
• Assist with events through access regulations, technical implementation, and reporting
• Manage interfaces and suppliers during error analysis, releases, extensions, and system connections
• Document, monitor, and automate GPAC architectures, dashboards, processes, and optimization potential

Requirements:

• Completed training (technical college, university, or equivalent) with a focus on information technology or a related field
• Several years of experience in IT support or application operation, ideally in a security-relevant environment
• Knowledge of access control systems, IAM, or visitor management, preferably with GPAC, NEXIS 4, AEOS, or AEmon
• Good technical understanding of application landscapes, interfaces, and role and authorization concepts
• Basic knowledge of network technology, IT security, and IT service management, including ticket systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Salary: €50,000.00 brutto (full-time) as a basis for negotiation
