Description

As an Application Coordinator at MHP, you will coordinate project-related activities and ensure alignment between stakeholders, team members, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project-related activities and ensure alignment between stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
  • Manage and support the operational use of automotive engineering applications such as Tecnomatix (Process Designer, Plant Simulation), ProjectWise Explorer, HLS, and other business-critical platforms.
  • Oversee and coordinate application-related requests, issue tracking, and documentation management through Jira and Confluence.
  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and external software vendors for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of custom applications.
  • Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for internally used automotive applications and ensure their successful delivery by third-party development providers.
  • Monitor the lifecycle of custom application initiatives, including requirement collection, testing coordination, deployment support, and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Ensure application documentation remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with operational and business requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external development partners to support continuous improvement and optimization of business applications.

Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • General knowledge of client-server architecture
  • General knowledge of security principles (certificates, encryption, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to work independently, including communicating with users, documenting results
  • Knowledge of SCCM and package creation
  • Knowledge of AWS (EC2 instances and native AWS applications)
  • ITIL
