We're looking for a Processing Operator I to join our team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a Processing Operator I, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining processing equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain processing equipment, including conveyor belts, pumps, and valves
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
