Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at HCA HealthONE Aurora, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state and specialty standards.

Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and documentation as ordered by medical providers.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and take appropriate action.
• Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Associate Degree.
