Sr. Manager, Procurement Lease Administration

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Procurement Lease Administration to own the operational layer of Anthropic's Infrastructure Compute lease portfolio, focusing on data centers, co-location facilities, GPU, and TPU equipment finance leases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease abstraction and system data hygiene: ingest new leases and amendments into the LMS with clean, complete data.
• Critical-date tracking and routing: monitor renewal windows, option deadlines, and notice periods.
• Landlord billing audits: review landlord invoices against lease terms, dispute errors, and reconcile CAM charges.
• Rent payment processing and AP coding: ensure accurate and timely rent and lease payments.
• Landlord billing ops and payment escalations: manage payment workflows and escalate commercial disputes.
• Lease system data stewardship and Workday integration: keep the LMS in sync with Workday/ERP.
• Support the accounting team's close cycle with clean subledger data and timely inputs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with an LMS (CoStar, Workday Lease, or equivalent).
• Attention to billing errors and lease language.
• Familiarity with ASC 842.
• AP process fluency.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, technical environment.
• Prior work in a SOX-compliant environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of lease administration experience.
• Direct experience with data center or colo lease operations.
• Workday Financials / Workday Lease experience.
• AI first; creativity with automation, reporting, and efficiency with AI tools.
• Experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure.

Salary Range: Annual Salary: $230,000-$300,000 USD
