ABM UK is seeking a Sustainability Lead UK&I to drive impactful sustainability initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will design and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with our clients' goals, enhancing their environmental performance, and fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the organization's sustainability strategy, identifying opportunities for sustainable product and service development, working closely with internal teams to promote sustainability goals, overseeing the collection, analysis, and management of sustainability-related data, educating and training employees on sustainability goals, and identifying, assessing, and mitigating environmental risks.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sustainability consulting or solutions development, strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards, excellent project management skills, outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and experience in data analysis and sustainability metrics.
