As a Millwright, you will be responsible for performing tasks of the trade, standing for extended periods, walking unassisted, working at heights, and manipulating tools typical of the trade. You will also be required to work in a team environment, treat co-workers with dignity and respect, and accept and follow instructions and requests from leadership.
The starting rate for this position is $42.325 with pay increases to the top rate of $42.525 upon completion of three consecutive months of employment. You will also receive immediate access to best-in-class company-provided healthcare, including hospital-surgical-medical plus drug, hearing, dental, and vision coverage.
To be eligible for this position, you must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship, or have 8 years of previous experience, or have a combination of previous work experience and training equivalent to a bona fide apprenticeship program in the trade. Experience in machine fabrication, installation and alignment, field machining, lifting and rigging, steel fabrication, conveyor systems, blue print reading and sketching is preferred.
Successful completion of a job interview, pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check are required. Drug panel does not include THC.
