Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Bemidji, MN.

As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for patients affected by injury or disease
• Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
• Document patient information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans
• Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises
• Demonstrate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of patients

Requirements:

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Must be licensed in the state of practice as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

Benefits:

• Salary range: $36.00 - $52.00 per hour
• Sign-on bonus: up to $20,000 with a commitment
