Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team at our sites in Blainville and Précigné.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing quality actions to manage risks and achieve objectives. You will ensure product and process conformity, conduct regular quality checks, and coordinate corrective actions. You will also be responsible for training staff on quality requirements and tools, animating problem-solving, and participating in internal and external audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing quality actions to manage risks and achieve objectives.
- Ensuring product and process conformity, including AMDEC, surveillance plans, capability, and customer expectations.
- Conducting regular quality checks, audits, and incident management.
- Coordinating and validating sorting, rework, and corrective actions.
- Training staff on quality requirements and tools.
- Animating problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Participating in internal and external audits.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in engineering with a specialisation in quality, and at least two years of experience in a similar function. You must be proficient in French and English, and have knowledge of the automotive sector.
