Description

We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Sourcer in APAC. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing candidates to help and scale our APAC team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sourcing for multiple domains within our APAC hiring region, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, including talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, key stakeholders (e.g., HR, Compensation) to align recruiting strategies with organisational goals.
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders to inform decisions.
  • Use AI to translate hiring manager needs into clear, actionable search strategies, understand the talent landscape, and craft compelling, personalised outreach.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sourcing for tough-to-fill roles.
  • Proven track record of engaging passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and providing inclusive candidate experiences.
  • A data-driven mindset and approach to diagnose issues, prioritise work, and communicate trade-offs, risks, and insights.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment while staying flexible and organised.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while staying highly organised and accountable.
  • Quick to ramp on new recruiting tools and workflows.
  • Fluency in both Business Mandarin and English is required for business purposes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field or equivalent experience.
