Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Michigan City location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will conduct initial evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to patients. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000.00 - $97,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Provide ongoing care to patients, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on proper body mechanics
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
