Staff Impartner Product Owner, PRM

We are seeking a Staff Impartner Product Owner, PRM to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and building scalable solutions for our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our Impartner PRM platform
• Serve as the strategic liaison between the Partner teams and technical teams
• Analyze and document process flows to identify gaps and automation opportunities
• Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce and Impartner sync logic, user personas, and data flows
• Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design clean, scalable integrations
• Drive end-to-end delivery of projects
• Own the PRM roadmap and set critical metrics for initiatives

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience configuring, managing, or owning the Impartner PRM platform
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com
• 6-8 years of product ownership, product management, or business analysis experience in an agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to document complex workflows and perform gap analyses
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
