Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Client Engagement team. As a key member of our product organization, you'll help shape the tools therapists rely on to deliver care, measure progress, and build trusted relationships with their patients. Your goal will be to reduce administrative burden, support clinical best practices, and create a seamless care journey for patients , from scheduling and sessions to assessments and follow-up.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, data, clinical operations, and compliance to ship high-quality, high-impact product experiences. You'll stay deeply connected to providers' and patients' day-to-day workflows through research, feedback, and data , and use those insights to inform priorities and tradeoffs.
Some of the projects you'll tackle include integrating AI-powered note-taking into telehealth workflows to reduce documentation burden and improve session quality, exploring agentic AI solutions to streamline provider scheduling and optimize operational efficiency, and leveraging AI to surface the full patient journey, enabling providers to build informed treatment plans, prepare for sessions, and deliver more coordinated care.
If you have 5+ years of product management experience, are comfortable operating end-to-end, and are data-informed, you'll thrive in this role. You'll bring strong product judgment and UX sensibility, and care deeply about building experiences users trust and enjoy.
