Consultant Specialist (GenAI Agent Platform)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist (GenAI Agent Platforms).

Principal responsibilities:

• Design and develop the agent runtime, orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt and workflow management, memory/state handling, and integration patterns,leveraging frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph.
• Continuously monitor and optimise platform performance in production, including model selection, prompt/agent tuning, retrieval quality, caching, throughput, and resilience.
• Embed security, privacy and compliance by design & development: ensure controls for data handling, access management, encryption, auditability, model risk considerations, and safe tool use.
• Maintain platform documentation and enablement: publish reference design, APIs/SDKs, templates, testing, and developer guidance.
• Track and evaluate emerging GenAI/agent capabilities and translate them into pragmatic platform enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 2+ years’ hands-on coding practice, strong Python or Java or Golang, with usage of at least one major cloud.
• Demonstrates an AI-native mindset by applying AI-driven approaches.
• Knowledge with any one in GenAI, LLMs, MCP, RAG agentic workflows, tool/function calling will be a plus.
