We are seeking an experienced Assistant Counter Manager to join our team at Douglas 471 Uhlandstr in Berlin. As an Assistant Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results in the store, supporting the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets, and communicating with Retail Artists to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business results in the store to meet and exceed targets and performance metrics
- Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets and communicate with Retail Artists to achieve business goals
- Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and customer experience
- Coach and provide feedback to the team to ensure they meet Charlotte Tilbury's standards in service and make-up artistry
- Utilise every opportunity to extend the exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience and expand the customer database for direct marketing purposes
- Implement individual and team development plans, conduct regular evaluations to promote mutual feedback and coaching
- Develop a positive and collaborative team culture in the store through team meetings and a partnership leadership style
- Recognise and highlight outstanding performances
- Drive entrepreneurial activity by proposing plans, events, and other initiatives to drive business success
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, cleanliness of the counter, and hygiene standards
- Maintain a flawless appearance and inspire team members to showcase their best selves
