Customer Experience Associate (New Grad)

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the company's voice, using exceptional empathy and product expertise to ensure users feel understood and valued. You will support users through complex financial topics via chat, email, and phone channels.

Location & Schedule

• Based in Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX offices
• In-person attendance expected 5 days a week during the 6-week onboarding period, then at least 3 days a week
• 24/7 service model

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences through chat, email, and phone channels
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying better ways to serve users based on real-time feedback
• Develop deep proficiency in Robinhood's products and financial concepts
• Resolve customer inquiries independently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Passion for supporting customers through various channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to customer experience delivery through phone and written channels
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and eager to develop skills
• Independent thought and task prioritization in a multi-task environment
• Experience in customer support or financial services is preferred
