Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and systems-minded Recruiting Operations Analyst to join the People & Culture team at UnitedMasters. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting coordination, focusing on analytics and metrics, tools and systems, optimizing hiring processes, improving candidate experience at scale, and driving operational efficiency across the recruiting function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting reporting on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, scheduling efficiency, process timelines)
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across ATS and recruiting systems
  • Partnering with People Ops to improve and scale recruiting tools, workflows, and automation (including AI solutions)
  • Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
  • Supporting recruiting operations projects and initiatives aimed at scaling hiring across the organization
  • Owning requisition setup and job posting processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Owning and optimizing workflows in our ATS and automation tools to ensure speed and efficiency
  • Delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from scheduling through interview completion
  • Owning and optimizing end-to-end interview scheduling operations within the ATS and recruiting systems to drive efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics and interview coordination needs
  • Developing and maintaining recruiting operations documentation, SOPs, and best practices to support process standardization and team enablement

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of work experience in recruiting or HR-related fields
  • Experience supporting or improving processes, workflows, or systems
  • Strong analytical thinking with interest in data and process improvement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive solutions independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep appreciation for people, culture, and candidate experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, ADP, and Google Suite
  • Experience working with scheduling tools or automation platforms (e.g., GoodTime)
  • Experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, or dashboarding
