Description
We are seeking an On Premise Events Coordinator to join our team in Campinas, Brazil.
As an On Premise Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for negotiating product availability, presence at activations, and sales growth. Based in Curitiba, you will be responsible for Events & Festivals across the Southern region.
Your main challenge will be identifying business opportunities and trends in your area, cultivating stronger relationships with key players, and leading events from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Expand and demonstrate the Red Bull On Premise culture, participating actively in nightlife and events
- Engage consumers through innovative activations and share best practices with other team members and industry professionals
- Ensure premium execution of events, analyzing distribution opportunities and negotiating with clients
- Collaborate with the local Sales Force and provide training to ensure brand understanding and perfect service
- Negotiate commercial partnerships and meet reporting deadlines
- Execute the On Premise marketing strategy, using point-of-sale tools and differentiating the brand through innovative support
Requirements
- Availability for travel and dynamic event environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Valid driver's license (type B)
- Intermediate English level (advanced level is a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, autonomy, sense of ownership, and attention to detail
