Description
ABM UK is seeking reliable and proactive Cleaning Operatives to join the soft services team at a brand-new, high-profile multi-use complex in West Kensington, London. This landmark development will include corporate offices, event venues, leisure facilities, and restaurants, and is currently in the pre-opening phase.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play an important role in maintaining high cleaning standards across all areas of the site. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, including weekend work and shift-based availability, to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-footfall environment.
Key responsibilities include carrying out cleaning tasks to the highest standards, operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively, ensuring all cleaning activities comply with health & safety and COSHH regulations, reporting any defects, issues, or hazards promptly to the Team Leader, assisting with waste management and recycling processes, and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials and using resources efficiently.
Requirements include good understanding of verbal and written English, ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, flexibility to work overtime when required, awareness of health & safety and COSHH regulations, previous experience in a cleaning role, experience operating cleaning machinery, and a full UK driving license.
