Procurement Analyst Intern

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst Intern to help us improve how we track company spending and manage performance metrics. This role is focused on data integrity and visualization.

As a Procurement Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Spend Dashboard Development: Consolidating and cleaning large sets of purchasing data to build interactive dashboards. You will help visualize Who, What, and Where we spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Contract Performance Tracking: Analyzing the Cycle Time of our end-to-end procurement process & building a tracking dashboard

• Process Bottleneck Analysis: Identifying stages in the procurement process that cause delays and providing data-backed suggestions on how to speed them up.

• Data Integrity: Auditing and scrubbing procurement databases to ensure all information is accurate, categorized correctly, and up to date.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent technical skills, and a high level of integrity. You will be working closely with our procurement team to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our procurement processes.
