Senior Architect, GPU and SoC Modelling

The NVIDIA Architecture Modelling group is seeking architects and software developers to join our architecture efforts. As a Senior Architect, GPU and SoC Modelling, you will work on modeling, analysis, and validation of chip architectures and features that advance performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Model and analyze graphics and/or SoC algorithms and features
• Work across different modeling teams to document, design, develop tools, and validate models
• Familiarize yourself with existing models and help implement features as needed
• Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new architectures/features
• Perform code coverage analysis and reporting
• Mentor junior engineers and promote good coding practices
• Explore new modeling techniques and frameworks, evaluating solutions and driving change
• Help develop AI-based tools to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years
• Strong programming skills in C++ and C, with knowledge of build systems, toolchains, and libraries
• Computer Architecture background with experience in modeling with SystemC & TLM preferred
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a distributed team environment
