The Analyst - People & Culture Systems and Analytics role is pivotal within our organization. This position uniquely bridges P&C operations with innovative technology, driving digital transformation and improving employee experiences through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time workforce metrics such as attrition, headcount, diversity, engagement, and hiring trends.
  • Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to aid workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Perform trend analysis on employee lifecycle data to identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze external labor market data to benchmark skills and talent availability, supporting succession planning and skills gap analysis.
  • Provide insights for strategic workforce planning aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Project manage P&C process automation projects using RPA software, ServiceNow workflows, or similar platforms.
  • Implement and complete AI-powered chatbots for P&C query resolution and employee self-service, reducing manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to integrate HCM systems with collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and COEs to convert business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Inspire change management initiatives for the adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
  • Explore new technologies (AI, ML, RPA) for HR process optimization and recommend guidelines for HR digitization.
  • Monitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions for HR transformation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in HR data analytics, transformation, and digitization projects.
  • Exposure to AI and advanced analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strict adherence to handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
  • Ability to work independently under general direction.
