Distributor Partner Manager

The Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) is a field-based role responsible for ensuring alignment and focus across Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) Distribution Network. The successful candidate will drive execution, implement regional and national Key Accounts Programs, and bring RBNA’s marketing mix to life within the distributor network.

Responsibilities

The DPM will:

• Lead annual Business Planning with Distributor Partners to align with RBNA priorities
• Manage annual volume plans, allocate trade funds, and ensure timely delivery of Point of Sale (POS) resources
• Conduct regular planning reviews to meet quantitative targets and KPIs
• Participate in sales meetings and conduct market visits to assess in-store conditions
• Analyze market and distributor performance data to generate insights and support tactics
• Develop the DP network through implementation of RBNA’s distributor selling model
• Manage POS orders, maintain volume and pricing information, and utilize tactical budgets
• Prioritize and implement regional and national Key Account programs
• Communicate regularly with Key Account Managers to ensure execution of priorities
• Bring RBNA’s marketing mix to life by engaging the DP sales force and leveraging available assets
• Ensure the DP understands and executes against Red Bull in-store brand standards and merchandising guidelines

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, preferably in beverages
• Experience in a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment
• Ability to teach, develop, and coach others to sell effectively in the Off Premise channel
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• A valid US Driver’s License
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage
