Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and sales per hour goals
• Create brand awareness through product demonstrations and knowledge sharing
• Provide exceptional customer service, leading by example
• Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues
• Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' and maintain high hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and event hosting
