Chief Operating Officer

The founders of AI Acquisition are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L, building the operating system, holding the organisation accountable, and making the company more profitable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full P&L ownership across business units
• Building the accountability infrastructure from scratch, including KPIs, scorecards, operating cadence, incentive structures, and process automations
• Direct management of department heads and senior operators
• Partnering with marketing and sales leadership on pipeline, conversion, and revenue operations
• Hiring and building management depth
• Freeing the founders from operational management so they can focus on vision, growth, and external relationships

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of P&L ownership, operating system building, and team management. They will also have a strong understanding of commercial growth and a ability to drive accountability and results.
