We are seeking a Modération en CHINOIS pour les jeux vidéo to join our team in Montreal. As a pioneer and leader in the player support industry for over 15 years, we offer a range of services to game developers and publishers, including community management, moderation, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Review all community interactions across various social media platforms.
• Moderate any prohibited or inappropriate content found on these platforms.
• Examine in-game discussions and user-generated content to detect any prohibited or inappropriate content.
• Report real threats as needed.
• Make defensible judgments on discussable content and borderline cases.

Requirements:

• Mastery of English (spoken and written).
• Mastery of Chinese (spoken and written).
• Availability to work from our Montreal office.
• Passion for gaming and customer service.
• Comfortable using virtual reality equipment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while efficiently managing time.
• Punctuality and attention to detail.
• Quick but meticulous reading.
• Experience in a relevant field, such as gaming (an asset).
• Familiarity with online community trends.
