Senior System Level Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior System Level Test Engineer to join the Test Solutions Group at NVIDIA, developing manufacturing GPU/CPU test solutions. You will create and deliver diagnostic test programs for millions of chips before they are sent to customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and improving test programs for NVIDIA's state-of-the-art GPU products
• Creating, validating, and supporting test programs
• Collaborating with engineering groups, including ASIC, ATE, systems/silicon validation, software, VBIOS, and product engineering teams
• Initiating and driving process improvements and preventative actions through root cause analysis
• Continuously improving work, products, functions, and methodologies through ongoing analysis and communication with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar hardware systems background
• 5+ years of experience in post-silicon validation for System level products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to quickly resolve issues in complex hardware and software stacks
• Good organization skills, logical approach to problem-solving, and effective time management
• Proactive and able to drive projects with minimal supervision across multiple teams
