Description
Fifty-Five, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking a Marketing & Communication Lead in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will lead the growth of the 55 brand in the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with the global marketing team in Paris.
The role involves adapting the marketing and PR strategy to the local context, conducting marketing and communications activities in APAC, and targeting various groups including prospects, customers, journalists, influencers, candidates, employees, and competitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage 55's digital presence on local platforms (WeChat, LinkedIn, Weibo, Baidu, corporate website)
- Build and execute the PR action plan, produce PR material, and coordinate translation of marketing material into Mandarin
- Identify industry events and organise webinars to support sales and grow brand awareness
- Localize or produce marketing material, keep abreast of industry and competitors' news, and identify relevant influencers
- Work with local teams to identify sales opportunities and develop sales material
Requirements:
- University Bachelor or Master's degree (Business, Digital, Literature, Languages, Journalism, Arts, etc.) or self-taught with valuable experience
- 6 years of experience in marketing, communication, and/or branding in B2C or B2B digital and creative industry or start-up with a strong digital culture
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and oral), with French being a plus
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills, event organisation experience, and basic marketing analytics skills using Google Analytics
- Experience with web analytics, SEA, social advertising, community management, design (Photoshop), and emailing software
- Knowledge of AI/LLM utilization, HubSpot, and/or marketing automation tools is a plus
