Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Bartonville location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and education
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans
