Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Oxford location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve their mobility and function. You will also educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
