Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Bakersfield, California. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will play a vital role in expanding access to transformative care and leading the way in innovative therapy practices.

The base salary for this position ranges from $83,157 to $119,286 per year, depending on experience and market factors. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
