IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operation and development of our IT infrastructure for the EHC Red Bull München and Red Bull Stadion München GmbH, including the SAP Garden in Munich.

As IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing local IT infrastructure, including networks, workstations, and point-of-sale systems
• Ensuring reliable operation, strong performance, and effective on-site support, particularly during events
• Planning and implementing infrastructure projects and changes
• Coordinating external partners and service providers
• Providing support for events and ensuring IT setup is 'gameday-ready'
• Troubleshooting technical issues in real-time

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Computer Science or related field, or completed IT-related vocational training
• Fluent German and excellent English language skills
• Experience as an IT administrator or similar role
• Experience managing large enterprise networks and server environments
• Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS, particularly Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
• Basic knowledge of Cisco network implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of fundamental IT security aspects in infrastructure environments
• Ability to work with various partners, stakeholders, and external service providers
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
