People Program Manager

CoreWeave is seeking a People Program Manager to oversee systems, workflows, and program infrastructure for its People Business Partner team. The successful candidate will drive operational program work, manage AI tooling, and develop workflows to support organisational change.

Responsibilities:

• Own survey and performance management platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Manage project management hygiene for the team, including project setup and milestone visibility
• Oversee AI tooling adoption and identify opportunities to improve team efficiency
• Drive operational execution of team programs, including MBR logistics and performance review infrastructure
• Develop workflows and playbooks to support business units through organisational change
• Support employee lifecycle workflows and partner with People Ops on process alignment

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
