Associate, Equity Execution Taiwan

HSBC Securities Taiwan is seeking an Associate, Equity Execution Taiwan to join their team. The successful candidate will deliver best-in-class trade execution and market expertise while fostering strong client relationships, managing trading risks, and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing client orders accurately and efficiently while minimizing trading costs
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients
• Monitoring market movements and providing timely market insights
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with Sales, Research, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams
• Driving process improvements and supporting trading system enhancements
• Contributing to business growth by enhancing client service and trading capabilities
• Managing trading risks and resolving execution issues promptly
• Handling complex or high-impact trading activities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven expertise with relevant experience in equity trading
• Knowledge of different trading strategies, the marketplace, and market issues
• Qualification Exam for Securities Specialist or Senior Securities Specialist license
