Decal Developer

Racing Force Group, a world leader in motorsport safety equipment, is looking for a Decal Developer to join its headquarters in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project details with the Decal Development Manager and sales team.
• Initiating decal projects by replicating designs directly from master helmets or client-provided images.
• Preparing prototypes, refining designs, and finalizing files for digital or screen printing.
• Overseeing printing, securing colour approvals, and documenting decal measurements for application.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of experience in illustration/design.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for detail, ratios, and proportions.
• Good communication and ability to manage multiple projects.
