Counsel I; Sr. Principal (101462)

We're looking for a Counsel I; Sr. Principal to join our Corporate Operations team. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide counsel on various legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to various stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and external partners
• Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on contract negotiation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment law, intellectual property law, and data protection law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions
