Key Responsibilities:

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability
• Identify and report technical issues, suggesting solutions and implementing fixes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our products and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Java, Gosu, and Guidewire Policycenter Configuration
• Intermediate-level problem-solving and analytical skills
