Physical Therapist

We're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You'll create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress. You'll also educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup
• Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function
• Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
