Description
As a Field Sales Reacher - Out of Home, you will embody the Red Bull lifestyle and be a brand ambassador. You will work in a dynamic and competitive environment, managing a defined territory of various outlets, including kiosks, late-night shops, bakeries, ethnic supermarkets, and small gastronomy businesses.
Your main goals will be to increase product availability, optimize placement, and boost sales and brand visibility. You will focus on developing existing customers but also seek out new opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Territory management: spend most of your time on the road, visiting customers and potential new clients
- Develop and implement targeted POS tools to enhance customer displays
- Analyze customer potential, plan strategically, and expand distribution channels
- Collaborate with other sales departments to maximize customer value
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to track progress
Requirements:
- Completed studies or vocational training
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Sales experience beneficial but not essential
- Affinity for sales and networking
- Travel readiness and enjoyment of being on the move
- Self-motivated and pragmatic approach
- Proficiency with laptop, iPhone, iPad, and MS Office
- Valid driver's license, class B
- Residency in the territory
