Physical Therapist Assistant - PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist licensed therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in conducting patient evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists
• Provide patient education and training on exercises and activities
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Illinois
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
