Specialist in Data Analytics & Automation

We are seeking a Specialist in Data Analytics & Automation to join our Data Analytics Team in the Sales & Marketing department of Ford Bank. As a data professional with a passion for automation, AI, and strategic analysis, you will drive data-driven decisions and shape future-proof processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient and scalable data structures
• Develop and administer compliance-compliant applications using Python, SQL, VBA, and MS Power Platform
• Analyze complex dealer, customer, and campaign data to predict customer behavior and preferences
• Develop forecasting and predictive models to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Accompany our digital transformation in Sales & Marketing, analyzing existing business processes and identifying automation potential
• Translate raw data into actionable business strategies, defining target groups for marketing campaigns and accompanying strategic growth initiatives
• Create management reports and present recommendations to management
• Conduct data-based competitive analyses, evaluating market position and performance

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in quantitative data analysis, data science, or market analysis in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the automotive market
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and complexly
• Expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Power Platform
• Very good programming and database knowledge in Python and SQL
• Experience with Google Dataform & BigQuery
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, with practical experience in AI implementation projects being an advantage
• Excellent German and English language skills
