Surgery Scheduler

We are seeking a Surgery Scheduler to join our team at HCA Healthcare Summerville Breast Care in Summerville, SC. As a Surgery Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling surgical procedures, coordinating with surgeons and operating room staff, and ensuring that all necessary preparations are made for each procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule surgical procedures and coordinate with surgeons and operating room staff
• Ensure that all necessary preparations are made for each procedure, including ordering supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with patients and families to ensure that they understand the schedule and any necessary instructions
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedure schedules

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
